Your people will tell you what is wrong. You just have to know how to ask.
LLL Solutions Inc. helps owners and managers in transportation, restaurants and retail build real relationships with their employees — understanding how the people who do the work think and what they see, so you can lead them better.

“A driver is not a truck number. He is a person who has been alone with his thoughts for eleven hours.”
What we do
We help you see your business the way your employees see it.
Most owners know their numbers cold and still get surprised by the resignation letter. That gap is not a management failure. It is a view problem — you are looking at the business from the office, and your people are looking at it from the route, the line and the counter.
So we start by going and standing where they stand. We talk with your employees honestly and without an agenda, learn how they think about their work, their manager and their future, and then bring that back to you plainly — including the parts you will not enjoy hearing.
From there we coach you and your managers on the harder half: how to ask, how to listen without defending yourself, and how to follow through so people believe the change is real. The result is not a happier-looking org chart. It is a team that tells you the truth while there is still time to act on it.
What that looks like
Listening sessions with your team, coaching with your managers, and a plain-spoken read on what is really driving the turnover.
Who it is for
Owners, fleet managers, general managers and store managers who are tired of re-hiring the same seat every few months.
Three industries
The same problem shows up in every one of them.
People leave when they feel like a number. Transportation, restaurants and retail each hide that in their own way, and each one needs a different conversation to fix it.
How we work
Four steps, and none of them are a lecture.
We start with your people, not with a binder. Everything after that is built on what they actually told us.
- 01
Listen first
We sit down with your people, on their time and in their language, before we tell you anything. Owners and managers hear the version they need to hear. We go and get the other one.
- 02
Show you what they see
We walk you through how the work looks from where your team stands — the shift, the route, the counter — and where that view stops matching yours.
- 03
Coach the relationship
Practical sessions with owners and managers on how to ask, how to listen, and how to follow through, so the trust holds after we leave.
- 04
Keep it going
Simple habits your team can keep using on its own, and a check-in with you later to see what stuck and what needs adjusting.
Our objective
To help employers build a real relationship with the people who work for them — to understand how a truck driver thinks, how a cook thinks, how a cashier thinks — and to look at them as people rather than positions to be filled.
That is the whole idea. Everything else is just how we get there.
Start here
Tell us what is going on with your team.
You do not need a proposal or a formal request. Describe the situation in a sentence or two — a driver who just quit, a kitchen that went quiet, a floor staff that stopped telling you things — and Ladell will tell you honestly whether he can help.
Rather just talk
